Well after having trained for a while now, I am changing my plans to run the full marathon to running the 15K on Nov 5, 2006 in Istanbul. I will then continue to train for the Antalya Marathon which is mid March. I will stick with the training plan I already have for now, but I will concentrate on proper nutrition and fat loss, so I can actually run rather than roll. Let the diet begin… (proper name for it should be “Nutrition Plan”)
